Shipping Information:DOMESTIC ORDER SHIPPING AND TAXES -- THE 50 UNITED STATES, PUERTO RICO, GUAM, AND US VIRGIN ISLANDSWe normally ship our packages within 2-5 business days of receiving the order. Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to arrive; however, we reserve the right to hold an order if an item is out of stock and expected back in stock in approx. 5-90 days.
In the case of out of stock items, we will notify customers via e-mails and give them the option of substitution, wait, or order cancellation and the time of the items would be restocked which may take up to 90 days. Orders may delay during some particular periods such as shows and peak/holiday seasons. In case of customers want to wait for delayed items, we will ship them as soon as they are restocked which may take up to 90 days depending on the item, season and custom. INTERNATIONAL ORDERSWe will ship anywhere in the world. For international wholesale orders, the shipping cost may vary. We will send customer an invoice with the total price and calculated S&H cost for wholesale international order.

How to make wholesale order:
1. You can purchase online by applying your wholesale customer code that's provided to you after you open and account with us and when we received a copy of your legal Tax ID/Business License.
2. We prefer online wholesale purchase for fast process. Wholesale customers may choose to order via e-mail. In this case, customers will receive e-invoice via PayPal with the total + S&H and then customers make a payment via PayPal.

Please allow us up to 2- 3 weeks to receive and process your order. Some items you order may require more time for artisans to handcraft. We will notify you via e-mail if items you ordered will be delay for artisans to handcraft.

Shipping for wholesale orders: We ship out wholesale orders worldwide. Shipping and handling cost may vary according to the location of the customers. In the event you receive items that were what you did not expect, needed, or items are damaged we will except returns under the following conditions:
1. All returns must be within 30 days of date the order was placed.
2. All Items must be in resaleable condition, including the original packaging.
3. Damaged items will be replaced with same or similar items only.
4. All returns must be sent back in packaging that prevents damage to the items.
5. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs to return items in the case of customer changing his/her mind. We're responsible for return shipping cost the case of damaged item.
6.Closeout or clearance merchandises will not be eligible for a refund. Credits for your next purchase will be applied.
7. Exchanges are not accepted. Replacements will only be made for damaged or incorrectly shipped merchandise.
8. To receive a refund on the matching set items, customer must return the entire package of the whole set.

What shipping options do we offer?Answer: For retail orders via our webiste, we ship our products with USPS or UPS. We normally ship via USPS because they ship to P.O. Box address and Saturdays. Peak holiday seasons, some orders may be shipped via UPS. Customers can e-mail us for their different preferred carrier service.
